Randy "DJ Skinny Guy" Bermudez started off as a roadie for Chilltown
Productions between the years 1990-1991. Soon enough, an
opportunity to learn the dj art of mixing arose, which he eagerly
accepted. Quickly progressing, he also learned how to read crowds
and cater the music towards the people to keep the party flowing. In
the Fall of '91 he was hired by another mobile DJ/nightclub company,
Stylus Point. By the mid '90's, he helped in forming the familiarly
known mobile DJ company, D-Vyne Sounds. FInally in 2000, in order
to follow his own ideals of raising the standards of mobile
entertainment and outstanding customer service, he founded Ace
Beats.
Over the years, DJ Skinny Guy has played in nearly all venues and
nightclubs on the island of Maui. In addition to being a mobile and
nightclub disc jockey, he also holds a Music Director / Mixshow
Coordinator / Mixshow DJ position at KPMW Wild 105.5 fm. Playing all
your favorite hits on the Quick Fix Morning Mix every Monday thru
Friday at 8 a.m. and again in the afternoon during the World Famous 5
O'Clock Traffic Jam, where he pushes the newest of today's and
tomorrow's hits.... "IN THE MIXX".
Known by the local party people and respected by his peers, DJ
Skinny Guy has the knowledge and years of experience needed to
help make your event a successful one.
And yes, he's really skinny.
